What you can expect:
You will receive your photos in low resolution and without any editing within 15 days after your photo shoot. Once you have received the preview, you can choose the photo you would like to have retouched. Please send us the number of each photo you want retouched. All your photos will be in web-resolution and will include your photographer's copyright.
If you, the customer, do not select photos for editing within 6 months from the date of receiving the previews, we will consider our work to be completed.
Important Information:
1. To book a photoshoot, you need to sign a contract and pay a deposit. The balance of your payment is due 48 hours before your photoshoot. The contract and deposit guarantee your date, time, and garment. This contract is for you and your photographer. You can make your payment using Visa, M/C, and Visa Debit Card.
2. The duration of a photoshoot is counted from the agreed time of its beginning until the last shot. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your photoshoot, your time will be counted as shooting time. If your photographer is late, they will start the shooting as soon as possible, and the photoshoot time will be counted from then on. Alternatively, you will be compensated financially proportionally to the amount of lateness.
